Website Maintenance Rates*
Maintaining your website with current information is vital to the value of your site.
Visitors appreciate knowing you are on top of a situation, especially if you have a product or service available.
This includes making sure your links to other sites are still current, for example.
Maintenance is charged by the hour with a ¼ hour minimum.
Training is available for in house administration data base clients.

Website Administration Rates*
Pricing for website administration varies according to the task and are flat rated.
Description and Flat Fee Rates are as follows...
Domain Registration - $ 10.00 (For one year)
Domain Renewals - $ 10.00 (Each additional year)
Indexing (1 time)** - $ 75.00 (After website set up and contractual indexing has been completed)
Indexing II (annual - 4 times)** - $ 200.00 (Quarterly)
Indexing III (once a month)** - $ 300.00
**Websites should be submitted (indexed) 4 times or more annually to maintain higher placement**
Website Design and Development Rates*
Pricing for website design and development varies based on individual needs.
It is based on many variables which are different for each project including but not limited to shopping cart set up, data base development, logo development, required photography and more. The rates shown below are for example only and subject to adjustment depending on those variables.
Clients are given graphic previews of the design idea to review and critique before the design is decided upon and site development actually begins. Client Sign-Off (written sign-off via email) during the development phase is required.
In most cases the client is responsible for supplying copy (the text) for a site. This is expected to be delivered in digital format (either on a disk or via email).
Chas-Laine Designs always creates original works for each client. The layered files are maintained for the client in case the need should arise to add a new link button, for example. These files include but are not limited to header graphics, sidebar links, animation files and background images.
Indexing the completed site for the first time is included in the contracted rate.
